Tim Pickering, President & CEO

Mr. Pickering has over 20 years of commercial real estate development and executive level management experience. His strengths include development agreement negotiating, entitlement process management, financial analysis, contract administration, and construction project management.

Michael O'Connor, Controller

Mr. O'Connor has more than 27 years of experience in the development of residential communities. He has served as Controller for leading homebuilders, including Lennar and Ryland. His expertise includes strategic planning, financial reporting, corporate governance and joint venture administration.

Connie Reinbold, Executive Assistant

Ms. Reinbold has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, with experience in mortgage, acquisition and development, human resources and executive administration for national and custom homebuilders.  She also served as Vice President and Branch Manager for a local state bank for 5 years. 

April Gutierrez, Receptionist/Secretary

Ms. Gutierrez has been in the Administrative field for over 10 years.  She served as the Assistant Self-Governance Coordinator for SRPMIC for 8 years and also served as the SRPMIC Housing Board Chairwoman for three consecutive terms.
